"The NOA Boys!" We first heard this expression on our second tour of the country, in a restaurant we've never been before. But it was a restaurant we deeply admired. After some time, it became a common greeting when we sat at a bar. Pat, JC and Phil simply wanted to connect with hospitality people because it is our community : the one we care deeply about.

United by their profound passion for connecting people and bringing positivity in the world, they are moved by a simple question : "how are you?" 

Before NOA, the trio were a combo of bartenders-cooks-restaurateurs who lost friends to loneliness, depression and alcohol. They decided that to build a better world, we needed to take car of those who take care of us all.
