At NOA, we do not remove alcohol from our products. We craft them up, building layers of complexity for an exceptional taste. Winner of the Best Canadian Spirit in 2024 and 2023 and Judge's Choice in 2026 (alcoholic spirit included), we have accumulated 15 medals since our humble beginnings in 2023. Our journey is inspired by European liqueurs traditions, where maceration of herbs, roots, spices and citrus bring depth, while our blend of natural extracts and flavours are carefully designed to make NOA a spirit that can be enjoyed on its own.

"The NOA Boys!" We first heard this expression on our second tour of the country, in a restaurant that we had never been before, but we admired. After some time, it became a common greeting when we sat at a bar.

We have spent our lives working in bars and restaurants saw and inclusivity blindspot in the industry and the passion and care that goes into the alternatives. They we decided that to build a better world, we needed to care about the pleasure of a really good non-alcoholic drink.
