ABSOLUTELY NOT.

We will not ask you to post your recipe on social media, nor ask of you that you shoot a video of you and your cocktail.

Everything will be submitted in a anonymous online form and the initial panel of judges will not know the identity of the bar/restaurant and the bartender when they will evaluate your cocktail submission.

There will be no points for the quality of the picture you submitted for your entry.

There will be no points for posts, shares or likes, though you are allowed to post your cocktail online if you want to share it with your followers and are proud of your work.

At any given time before, during and after the competition (except for competition related posts and video recaps), we will ask your permission to use your recipe, your cocktail photo or your pictures in all other contexts.

Your recipe is yours and yours alone, and we do not reserve the right to use it on our end, though we may ask permission in the future for special projects if the case arises.
