Dragon's Den Raspberry Amaretto

Non-alcoholic Raspberry Amaretto cocktail on an olive background.

INGREDIENTS LIST

  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) of NOA Amaretto infused with raspberries*
  • ¾ oz (22 ml) of fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon zest and fresh raspberries (for garnish)
Optionnel :

PrEparation

Add all ingredients to a glass filled with ice.

Stir with a spoon until your fingers feel cold.

‍

Garnish with a raspberry and a lemon zest.

‍

*Note: For 45 ml of Amaretto, add 5 frozen raspberries and let steep for 6 hours; strain and refrigerate before use.
