Non-alcoholic Sparkling wine and lychee cocktail on an light background

INGREDIENTS LIST

  • ½ oz (15 ml) of lychee syrup
  • 1 oz (30 ml) of fresh grapefruit juice
  • ¼ tsp of rose water (optional)
  • 4 oz (120 ml) of NOA Dry Sparkling Wine
  • Grapefruit (for garnish)
Optionnel :

PrEparation

Pour all the ingredients (cold) into a chilled flute.

Gently stir with a spoon.

Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

This bubbly cocktail combines the floral's quality of the lychee, the grapefruit and the rose water. It is exquisitely complex and light.
