About

Appearing in 1919 and created by Fosco Scarselli at the Casoni café in Florence for Count Camillo Negroni who was bored of always drinking Americanos, the Negroni is by far one of the most appreciated by bar professionals. It is said to be the ultimate aperitif, and we are proud to invite this legend in our modern era of fabulously well-crafted non-alcoholic cocktails.
