Orange Fizz
INGREDIENTS LIST
- 2 oz (60 ml) of NOA Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz (30 ml) of fresh lime juice
- 3 oz (90 ml) of sparkling water
- Orange peel (for garnish)
Optionnel :
PrEparation
In a highball glass filled with ice, add the liqueur and lime juice.
Stir until your fingers become very cold.
Top up with sparkling water.
Garnish with an orange peel.
About
Sometimes, a Fizz doesn't have to include an egg white. In this case, the goal is to enjoy the complexity of the orange liqueur, thanks to the acidity of lime juice. But you can easily replicate the taste of an orange popsicle with less orange liqueur, vanilla syrup and egg white for texture!
